Meeting called to order: 7:01 PM<\/strong><\/p>\n Attendance:<\/strong> Absent: Ron Hurr, Ken Hess, Jeremy Kueffler, Cheri Reed<\/p>\n Minutes from previous meeting:<\/strong> Financial Report:<\/strong> Presidents Report:<\/strong> Keith Hall reported that the Fish and Game banquet is coming up, and asked if we want to donate if FWP approaches us? Committee Reports:<\/strong> Membership Committee – Randy Anderson reported that the membership letter is printed and waiting to be addressed.<\/p>\n Randy Anderson reported he got 100 new key cards and updated programming done for gate lock.<\/p>\n Rifle Range Committee – Jesse Smith and Randy Anderson reported that the college heavy equipment class was willing to do the VMR\/High Power Range work, the pistol range berm work, and some work on the road. \nPresent: Jim Keith, Randy Anderson, Kenny Boschee, Keith Hall, Todd Burch, CJ Truesdale, Jesse Smith<\/p>\n
\nJesse Smith motioned, “We accept the minutes from the October meeting as published on the website.” The motions was seconded and passed.<\/p>\n
\nThe treasurer was not present to present her report.<\/p>\n
\nKeith Hall reported that Boy Scouts will get back to us about using our facilities, as they didn’t our clubhouses are not heated in the winter.<\/p>\n
\nTodd Burch motioned \u201cWe give FWP $100 in Chamber Bucks for their Block Management banquet, in the form of 2 $50 donations.\u201d The motion was seconded and passed.<\/p>\n
\nAnnual Banquet Committee – CJ Truesdale reported that the the VFW is booked for room and food, the gun and door prizes are arranged.<\/p>\n
