The location of each meeting can be found below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019 Meetings of the Board of Directors<\/strong><br \/>\nFebruary 19, 2019 \u2013 Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nMarch 19, 2019 \u2013  Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nApril 16, 2019 \u2013  Rifle &#038; Pistol Range Clubhouse<br \/>\nMay 21, 2019 \u2013  Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nJune 18, 2019 \u2013  Rifle &#038; Pistol Range Clubhouse<br \/>\nJuly 16, 2019 \u2013  Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nAugust 20, 2019 \u2013  Rifle &#038; Pistol Range Clubhouse<br \/>\nSeptember 17, 2019 \u2013  Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nOctober 15, 2019 \u2013  Rifle &#038; Pistol Range Clubhouse<br \/>\nNovember 19, 2019 \u2013  Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nDecember 17, 2019 \u2013  Spotted Eagle Clubhouse<br \/>\nJanuary &#8211; Annual Banquet and Club Meeting (see below)<br \/>\nFebruary 25, 2020 &#8211; Spotted Eagle Clubhouse (rescheduled to 4th Tuesday this month only)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annual Membership Banquet (6:00 PM) and Meeting (7:00 PM) (Doors open and cocktails served at 5:00 PM)<\/strong><br \/>\nJanuary 18, 2020 \u2013 Home Show Building at the Eastern Montana Fairgrounds<\/p>\n<p>Though only members of Board of Directors can introduce or vote on a motion at the monthly Board meetings, all club members are welcomed and encouraged to attend meetings. Any member with concerns or comments will be provided opportunity to speak at these meetings.
