{"id":2700,"date":"2018-03-04T08:33:07","date_gmt":"2018-03-04T16:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/custerrodandgun.com\/wordpress\/?p=2700"},"modified":"2018-03-18T08:34:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-18T16:34:33","slug":"board-meeting-minutes-february-20-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/custerrodandgun.com\/wordpress\/board-meeting-minutes-february-20-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Board Meeting Minutes &#8211; February 20, 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Custer Rod and Gun Club<br \/>\nBoard Meeting Agenda<br \/>\nFebruary 20, 2018 7:00 PM<br \/>\nVFW<\/p>\n<p>1) Call to order and Roll call of officers: 7:04 PM<br \/>\nAttendance: Jesse Smith, Jeff Faycosh, Randy Anderson, Shane Adams, JD Arneson, Jesse Blankenship, Danile DeLong, Marty Scheid and Chris Schlepp<\/p>\n<p>2) Reading of Previous Meeting Minutes<br \/>\nJesse Smith motioned &#8220;We accept the minutes from the November meeting as posted on web site.&#8221; The motion was seconded and passed.<\/p>\n<p>3) Reading of Current Financial Report<br \/>\n&#8211; Club Treasurer Cheri Reed was absent so no treasures report was accepted.<\/p>\n<p>4) President Report<br \/>\n\u2013 Spotted Eagle Boy Scouts used Spotted Eagle club house on Jan 26.<br \/>\n-110 people attended the banquet.\u00a0 Tentative plans for Banquet next year at Country club.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 &#8212;<\/p>\n<p>5) Reports of Boards and Standing\/Special Committees<br \/>\n-Membership is now at 381 for 2018<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Action Pistol<br \/>\nDiscussion under new business no activity in winter months.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Cowboy Action<br \/>\nn\/a<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Shotgun<br \/>\nn\/a<\/p>\n<p>6) Old Business<br \/>\n\u2013 Spotted Eagle remodel sheet rocking planed for March 3. Randy Anderson\u00a0 has ordered the door. Also snow removal schedule for March 3 from Trap house to minimize flooding upon thaw. Jesse Smith Marty Scheid and Chris Schlepp will do the work on Saturday March 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>-1year emergency funding.\u00a0 Randy Anderson will check on figures<\/p>\n<p>-Youth Shooting Instructors (Rifle and Shotgun) Fred Tetschner is unable to continue with the program.
