Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Erin O\u2019Connor, Matt Lewin Justin Hughes, Donald Cooner, Randy Hart, Mark Jacobson and Travis Helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting Minutes for the February 1, 2025 Annual Meeting, Matt made a motion to accept minutes as written, Justin 2nd, passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Treasurer\u2019s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $29,176.98. The CD balance is $6090.69. Banquet showed a profit of $151.83.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
President\u2019s Report: Just a few membership issues. A guy from Washington State is being refunded his membership dues, he was looking for a Custer Gun Club in Washington, he accidently signed up with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Membership Report: Devan was out of town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Action pistol: Lee said Action Pistol is starting Thursday April 3 6pm, free shooting in during April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shotgun-summer schedule with time change. Jeff deposited $418 from Trap and Skeet. Traps flooded and do not work. Jeff and Matt will attempt to repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Archery- No report, however at least one of the targets (lion) was left out all winter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
SASS-Randy Hart will be hosting the Cowboy Action shoots, they will be fun not overly complicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Muzzleloader-Mark Jacobson will be hosting educational and fun shoots with muzzleloaders 3rd Satruday of the month April-August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
USPSA-will not renew considered defunct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business: Banquet profit $151.85<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business: Guest Member Leigh Rae Alliison requested the use of the pistol bays for a Watchman Supply self defense course April 18 and 19th. Marty motioned to allow and will assist with access to club house, Erin 2nd passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lee will prepare the clubhouse and replace the toliet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jeff requested to order 6 pallets of clay targets from Murdochs or Walmart. Approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lee is attended Range Officer training in Billings, wanted club to pay for motel room. Jeff Motioned, Matt 2nd passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Range clean up days Spotted Eagle April 5th, 9 am, Jeff will head up<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sunday Creek Range May 3rd 9 am, No one volunteered to head up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next meeting Custer County Event Center, last one of the summer, then back to Spotted Eagle and Sunday Creek rotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
