Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Devan McGranahan, Erin O\u2019Connor, Matt Lewin Justin Hughes, Randy Hart and Travis Helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meeting Minutes for the April 16, 2025 Board of Directors Meeting, Erin made a motion to accept minutes as written, Matt 2nd, passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Treasurer\u2019s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $17,692.98. The CD balance is $6090.69.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
President\u2019s Report: not many issues to report<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Membership Director Report: Devan said membership is 426 members<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Action pistol: Lee had 2 shoots in April with 12 and 14 shooters respectively. One in May with 4 shooters. Weather restricted some days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shotgun-summer schedule on going. 4H and High School team is done shooting Jeff billed 4H council $691 for targets. Matt made a $417 deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Archery- Jason sold the old targets on line bidding and netter $1991. Chris said there was one buyer didn’t show up<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SASS-Randy said there hasn’t been a shoot<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Muzzleloader-Mark Jacobson was not present for a report<\/p>\n\n\n\n
USPSA-will not renew considered defunct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business: Lee has repaired some of the target stands and hasn’t purchased any new metal yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business: Devan wants to purchase a VPN for Sunday Creek and test with his computer to see if he can get remote access. If so he will want to purchase a basic computer to leave at Sunday Creek to facilitate remote access. Devan made the motion, Jeff 2nd motion passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rany Hart stated we needed to secure the trash cans at Sunday Creek. Chris, Lee and Randy will fasten with pull tape or cord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chris made a motion after discussion to allow Jason Sibble to find and purchase additional archery 3 D targets to add variety. Chris motioned for $4000 (double the amount the old targets sold for), Jason will provide a list of new targets. Justin 2nd, passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
