Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Jeff Faycosh, Erin O\u2019Connor, Devan McGranahan, Matt Lewin, Mark Jacobson, Randy Hart and Travis Helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes from the annual meeting on February 7th, 2026 had been approved by an electronic vote to allow bank signature changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Treasurer\u2019s Report: Jeff stated checking account balance is $28,204.22. The CD balance is $6,118.60. Jeff is building a ledger to report to the board each deposit and debit on the accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
President report; two complaints of cards not working or received. Everything is going well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Membership report: Devan stated around 300 memberships currently. Card on accounts not renewed will be shut off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Action Pistol: Starting up in April on Thursdays. Jesse Blankenship may want to run and help with the courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shotgun: High School Trap and 4H starting the end of March, every Sunday at 1 pm. Hunter Ed will be using the Archery Range area for their field courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Archery: No Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SASS; Randy wants to try and do some matches in the evening during the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Muzzleloader: Will start up another season in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business: None<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business: VFW requested $50 contribution to their flag efforts. This is an annual contribution that we have provided, all agreed to contribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Discussion and no action: Jeff brought up the fact that we expend a lot of effort and lose money every year on the annual banquet as it is conducted currently. Lots of expensive prizes, very few new volunteers. Jeff suggested holding an annual meeting as per bylaws but not having a banquet. Ideas of holding a raffle for a couple of items for a couple of months, then have a Club Day at Sunday Creek Range, perhaps in September and put all ranges in use, encourage new people to use the ranges, explain the rules and what is available. Have a vendor sell food and draw the raffle prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
