Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Erin O\u2019Connor, Devan McGranahan, Matt Lewin, Mark Jacobson, Donald Cooner, and Travis Helm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting April 15, 2026 moved by Matt to approved as written, Chris 2nd passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Treasurer\u2019s Report: Jeff stated checking account balance is $19,915.39. The CD balance is $6,118.60. Lee provided $135 from Action Pistol to be deposited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
President report; not much to report, a few membership issues to be fixed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Membership report: Devan stated 385 memberships currently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Action Pistol: Going good 10 to 12 people each time. Jesse Blankenship is assisting Lee. Weather permitting a shoot will be held Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shotgun: Going steady, High School and 4H finished up. Invoice sent to 4H council for $480 for target fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Archery: Chris stated that Jason didn’t want to use Sunday Creek for 3D. Jason and archery group willing to transport targets to Woodruff. Jason was told that he can present the option to the County Commission and the park could be closed for one day. Woodruff has limitations on groups using to make a profit. Once costs are covered the profits need to be go to the County for Park up keep and improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SASS: No Report<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Muzzleloader: Mark said that hopefully a shoot in June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business: Nothing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business: Jeff asked to close the 200 yard range on May 28th for Montana State Junior High School Rodeo, Light Rifle Competition. Range closed from Noon to 6 pm or until done. No objections, was approved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jeff discussed having money shoots at Trap, Skeet and 5 Stand. Range officer choice, $10 per round which is $5 for targets (club) the other $5 is split 50\/50 winner\/club. No objections was approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
