Spotted Eagle Range, 7 pm August 27, 2025

Board of the Directors meeting was to be held on August 20th, however because of conflicts it was moved to August 27th at Spotted Eagle Range.

Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Devan McGranahan, Erin O’Connor, Travis Helm, Mark Jacobson, Donald Cooner and Randy Hart.

Meeting Minutes for the July 16, 2025 Board of Directors Meeting, Matt made a motion to accept as posted. Devan 2nd, passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $12,511.69. The CD balance is $6090.69.

President’s Report: not many issues to report, things are going smoothly.

Membership Director Report: Devan said membership is 424 paid members. Computer relay system is working well.

Action pistol: Lee good help on setting up and good turn outs. Regular shoots taking place. 10-12 shooters End of the season shoots in September. $310 deposit to Marty.

Shotgun-summer schedule on going. Jon Hofer Memorial 5 stand August 10th great turnout. Deposits from Jeff and Matt $565 and $4??

Archery- Chris stated trailer is moved to Sunday Creek Range no shoot for a month.

SASS-Randy said there hasn’t been a shoot

Muzzleloader-Mark Jacobson said next shoot is September 27 at Sunday Creek hoping for a good turnout. Only a couple of attendees.

Old Business: None

New Business: Jeff asked to use Sunday Creek Range for High School Rodeo rifle shoot, then Spotted Eagle for High School Rodeo Trap Shoot both on October 10th. Also requested Spotted Eagle for 4H Shooting Sports Training on December 13. Both Approved.

Marty made a motion to allow up to $5,000 for banquet gun prizes, Devan 2nd Passed.
