Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Erin O’Connor, Justin Hughes, Devan McGranahan, and Travis Helm.

Minutes from the October 15th meeting (no meeting in November due to lack of quorum) were approved as written, motion by Justin and 2nd by Matt.

Treasurer’s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $11,047.23. The CD balance is $6,118.60.

President report, putting banquet letter on email.

Membership report: starting on renewals.

Action Pistol: Lee cleaned conex and prepped for season.

Shotgun: Still going weather permitting.

Archery: No report

Muzzleloader: No report

New Business: MCFD requested 2 membership donations for the toy dance. Justin Moved, Matt 2nd, passed.

Leigh Rae Allison requested the use of the Sunday Creek Range April 30-May 3 for her and Brad to put on their training. Travis moved, Erin 2nd, passed.

Jeff stated that 4H may need the use of the trap range at Spotted Eagle on December 6, however there didn’t look like enough participants to put on the training.

Banquet letters were stuffed into envelopes.

The next meeting is January 21, 2026 at the VFW
