Spotted Eagle Range, 7 pm April 15, 2026

Board Attendance: Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Erin O’Connor, Devan McGranahan, Matt Lewin, Justin Hughes, Donald Cooner, Randy Hart and Travis Helm.

Minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting March 18, 2026 moved by Devan to approved as written, Justin 2nd passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Jeff stated checking account balance is $28,692.19. The CD balance is $6,118.60.

President report; nothing major Gregg Clarkes card needs fixed

Membership report: Devan stated around 380 memberships currently.

Action Pistol: 1st shoot of the year with 11 participants. Weather permitting a shoot will be held the next Thursday.

Shotgun: Going good, between High School Trap Team, 4H Shotgun Shooting Sports, Hunter Education and the regular shoots, the range stays busy, minor cleanup needed, no clean up day scheduled. 4H groups need community projects can be used for clean up days. Both Traps working as designed.

Archery: Chris stated that Jason wanted to set up 3D shoots at Sunday Creek, discussed using Woodruff Park as well. Jeff said he would check.

SASS; Randy wants to try and do some matches in the evening during the week.

Muzzleloader: Randy said that nothing is scheduled yet..

Old Business: Further discussion on the annual banquet/meeting. Agreed to keep the date at the Event Center and try to revamp the banquet.

New Business: Jeff discussed getting remote controls for both traps. Devan motioned to get wireless receivers and transmitters for the 2 traps with a $1,500 limit, Erin 2nd, Passed. Jeff will order.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 PM, the next meeting is on May 20th at 7 pm at Sunday Creek Clubhouse.
