Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Jeff Faycosh, Chris Schlepp, Mark Jacobson, Matt Lewin, Erin OConnor, and Randy Hart.

Minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting July 15, 2026, because there was no August meeting moved by Matt to approved as written, Mark 2nd passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Jeff stated checking account balance is $21,796.16. The CD balance is $6,118.60.

President report; Minimal membership issues

Membership report: not present nothing to report

Action Pistol: Done for the year, Lee deposited $405. Lee stated that the number of people participating and helping to set up declined lately so the Action Pistol season is over for the summer.

Shotgun: running steady the numbers of shooters ebb and flow. Jeff and Matt deposited $1,301. Jeff is conducting the FWP youth Trap on Friday the 18th at Spotted Eagel

Archery: Nothing to report. Chris stated that Jason has limited time with new job duties.

SASS: Randy is willing to set up if people want to shoot.

Muzzleloader: Mark is hoping for an October shoot.

Old Business: None

New Business: Discussion concerning the lack of volunteers and how to improve attendance. Discussion on changes to the Annual Meeting, no action taken

Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM, the next meeting is on October 21st, at 7 pm at Spotted Eagle Clubhouse or another location to be determined depending upon weather conditions.
