Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Erin O’Connor, Justin Hughes, Devan McGranahan, Matt Lewin, Donald Cooner, Mark Jacobson, Randy Hart and Travis Helm.

Minutes from the December 3, 2025 meeting were approved as written, motion by Marty and 2nd by Mark.

Treasurer’s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $14,194.92. The CD balance is $6,118.60. All bills paid, insurance is paid.

President report; Website needs updated on Membership purchases (Jeff will do). There were a couple of card issues, Devan will replace.

Membership report: 148 renewals as of meeting date.

Action Pistol: Lee repairing metal targets, falling plate rack is being used. Some metal targets are getting holes from people ignoring the rules and shooting rifles in the pistol bays.

Shotgun: Still going weather permitting.

Archery: No report

Old Business: Jeff signed the Event Center Agreement, Marty provided checks. $880 this year, will go up a couple hundred dollars next year due to new fee schedule for kitchen use.

Board agreed to purchase 6 spiral cut hams and rolls, Jeff will pick up prior to the banquet. There are aluminum roaster pans left over. Justin is getting supplies for table cloths, silverware, paper plates etc.

New Business: Next nice weekend the traps will be pulled out for repair and to keep from flooding. Trap 1 will be left in clubhouse, Trap 2 will be taken to Jeff’s shop for repair. All parts are purchased with the exception of the twist plugs for the power supply splice.

The next meeting is the Annual Banquet on February 7, 2026 at the Custer County Event Center. The next regular Board of Directors Meeting will be on March 17th, 2026 at the VFW in Miles City.
