FWP Public Listening Session

To Whom It May Concern:

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is beginning a process, ’15 and Forward, to evaluate our vision and goals, which will help us set priorities for the next 10 years. This is something we must do periodically to be effective as our challenges and opportunities change, and it’s been nearly two decades since FWP last took such a comprehensive look.

Your input is critical to this evaluation process. FWP would like to understand if we are meeting your needs, what we can do to serve you better, and get your thoughts on FWP priorities for the next 10 years. We will be hosting a public listening session in Miles City on Thursday, July 23rd and invite you to contribute and hope you will attend.

Please find attached a formal invitation with additional information and specific details for this event. If you will join us, an RSVP is kindly requested by July 21 to Erin at eoconnor@mt.gov or 234-0912.

Unfortunately our often busy summer schedules mean that we’ll miss connecting with some of you at these sessions, but we still hope to hear from you. If you are unable to attend, you can learn more and provide comments on our website at http://fwp.mt.gov/home/publicComments.html and click on “Doing Business.”

We look forward to seeing you and hope you will join us!
