Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Devan McGranahan, Erin O’Connor, Matt Lewin Justin Hughes, Donald Cooner, Mark Jacobson and Travis Helm.
Meeting Minutes for the March 19, 2025 Board of Directors Meeting, Marty made a motion to accept minutes as written, Erin 2nd, passed.
Treasurer’s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $29,037.35. The CD balance is $6090.69.
President’s Report: not many issues to report
Membership Director Report: Devan cleared out 165 codes for access cards for failure to renew. 350 paid up members.
Membership Report: Devan was out of town.
Action pistol: Lee had one shoot 14 shooters last week. He received help setting up and taking down.
Shotgun-summer schedule on going. Trap is working, need additional parts, confident that the 2nd trap can be repaired. Jeff is waiting for the payments to catch up with Pat Trap before he orders 3 electric hydraulic valves. Also going to wait until HS and 4H is done on the range in May before tearing into the traps again. 5 stand and skeet are good to go. New Batteries in machines and lawn mowers the other charged. Small turn out for Spotted Eagle clean up day.
Archery- No report, Chris stated that the white targets are flaking off. Sun damage from before the covers were put on. They are still stopping arrows.
SASS-Randy Hart did not attend no report
Muzzleloader-Mark Jacobson will be hosting a fun shoot on April 26th at Sunday Creek
USPSA-will not renew considered defunct.
Old Business: Toilet is replaced at Sunday Creek Clubhouse. Lee will be heading up clean up day at Sunday Creek on May 3
New Business: Jeff noted that the price of clay targets have gone up. Jeff made a motion to increase range fees for Trap, Skeet and 5 stand to $5 for members and non-profits, non-members $6. Devan 2nd Passed.
Lee needs new target bases for Action Pistol Marty made a motion for $300 for steel for bases, Matt 2nd passed.
