Board Attendance: Chris Schlepp, Jeff Faycosh, Erin O’Connor, Devan McGranahan, Matt Lewin, Randy Hart, and Travis Helm.

Minutes from the Board of Directors Meeting May 20th, 2026 moved by Matt to approved as written, Erin 2nd passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Jeff stated checking account balance is $21,196.01. The CD balance is $6,118.60.

President report; No report

Membership report: Devan stated minimal issues with memberships

Action Pistol: No report but ongoing Thursday evenings

Shotgun: running steady new voice releases are in.

Archery: No report

SASS: Not much going on

Muzzleloader: Randy said maybe a shoot in July

Old Business: Nothing

New Business: Devan noted that we may need to transition a new membership director, Travis and Matt both expressed interest.

Travis stated that Jon Hofer Memorial 5 stand will be held on Sunday August 9th, 2026 , 1 to 5 pm.
