Board Attendance: Lee Wankel, Jeff Faycosh, Marty Scheid, Devan McGranahan, Erin O’Connor, Matt Lewin Mark Jacobson, Donald Cooner and Randy Hart.

Meeting Minutes for the May 21, 2025 Board of Directors Meeting, Marty made a motion to accept minutes as written, Erin 2nd, passed.

Treasurer’s Report: Marty stated checking account balance is $13,417.71. The CD balance is $6090.69.

President’s Report: not many issues to report

Membership Director Report: Devan said membership is 433 members, tentative testing of computer system working, still needs another low cost app.

Action pistol: Lee 45 shooters May and up to meeting date even with weather issues.

Shotgun-summer schedule on going. Jeff deposited $691 from 4H for targets. Matt/Jeff made a $499 deposit.

Archery- Jason had a 3D shoot Sunday June 15, he gave Jeff his $128 from donations, which was turned over to Marty at the meeting. Jason was made aware that there needed to be safe backstops behind the targets. He agreed to change them.

SASS-Randy said there hasn’t been a shoot

Muzzleloader-Mark Jacobson said he and Randy were the only attendees, next shoot June 28

Old Business: trash barrels were secured and no garbage blew into neighbors yard. Everyone should remove targets from the backstops so they don’t blow away.

New Business: Travis had relayed via text that Jon Hofer 5 stand was good for August 9 (after the meeting it was changed to August 10 Sunday). Lee stated new signage needed to be put on pistol bays, people are shooting rifles there despite signs. Randy made the motion to purchase 10 signs for pistol bays “Pistol calibers only and Shotguns, NO RIFLE Calibers” Matt 2nd, passed.
