August 2023 Newsletter

Custer Rod & Gun Club (CR&GC) August 2023 Activities

Wow its August already and Archery season is just around the corner and Rifle season not far behind. With that we encourage folks to utilize the archery range at Spotted Eagle and the rifle ranges out at Sunday Creek and to do so safely and responsibly.

The archery targets at spotted eagle have been painted with 15 point of aim diamonds on each target, please utilize all the diamonds to help the targets last longer. We want to remind all of you to not shoot broadheads at these new targets it will ruin them. Also these targets are meant to be used by members only so we strongly encourage people to sign up for a membership before using them. Membership information can be found on the Custer Rod & Gun Club webpage.

We also want to remind everyone in the Clay leagues that they have till the end of September. There is still time to get your League rounds in.

We want to thank all of our volunteers who help keep our ranges clean and mowed.

Hope to see folks out on the ranges.
